一种避免风机低温失效的解决方案

摘要

Designed a control circuit which could sense the environment temperature. When the environment temperature below the set temperature, the circuit turn off the power of the fan,and the fan stop work to avoid voidance; when the environment temperature exceed the set temperature, the circuit turn on the power of the fan,and the fan begin to work to keep the reliability of equipment work in high temperature. This paper describes how to set the temperature control point,the fundamentals of the control circuit and realization.%设计了一种环境温度感知控制电路.当环境温度低于温度控制点时,控制电路断开风机的电源供应,风机停止工作,从而避免风机在低温环境下失效；当环境温度高于温度控制点时,控制电路接通风机的电源供应,风机开始工作,保证设备高温工作的可靠性不受影响.对温度控制点的设定、控制电路的基本原理和具体实现进行了描述.
