STC12C5608AD单片机的数字式一氧化碳浓度变送器设计

介绍了一种基于STC12C5608AD单片机的数字式一氧化碳浓度变送器的硬件原理及构成与软件设计方法.变送器利用STC12C5608AD单片机内置的A/D转换器对一氧化碳传感器输出的1～5V标准电压信号进行A/D转换,并计算出浓度值后通过RS485接口输出数据.系统具有外围元件少、集成度高、精度高、稳定性好、可多机组网、编程及控制简单方便,价格低廉等优点.在矿井通风监测方面具有良好的应用前景.%The article introduces the hardware structure and software design method of carbon monoxide Concentration Transmitter Based on STC12C56O8AD MCU. The carbon monoxide sensor' output standard voltage (1-5 V) signal inputs to A/D converter integrated in STC12C5608AD MCU. The carbon monoxide Concentration is calculated by STC12C5608AD MCU and the data is transmitted through the RS485 interface. The system has many characteristics, such as fewer external components, high integration, excellent precision, good stability,convenience of multi -machine networking,programming and controlling and low cost. It has a good application prospect in the mine ventilation monitoring.
