500kV输电线路防冰涂料带电涂装机器人的研发

摘要

This paper introduces the research and development of 500 Kv transmission line anti -ice coating painting robot. This robot hangs on the 4 splitting lines with two unique arms and wheels; it realizes the obstacle negotiation with a set of wheels and obstacle wheels;it brushes the coating with paint assembly;it realizes the reuse of power with a set of gasoline engine, the bettery, motor/ generator,combination of the pump/air system.%介绍了500kV架空高压线路防覆冰涂料涂装机器人.该机器人通过独特的双手臂吊挂加两靠轮的结构实现了在四分裂导线上的安全吊挂;用一套越障轮加靠轮的方法实现了机器人自主越障的功能;用涂覆刷总成实现了涂料的均匀涂刷;开发了一套汽油机、蓄电池、电动机/发电机、气泵的组合电源/气源系统,实现了电能的重复利用.
