It has been proved in field application that compared to the detection equipment of tegular probe encircle steel pipes based on steel pipes straight forwarding, the detection method and its system have the characteristics of simple configuration, low cost, short time of changing specification and adapting to High - Speed detection.%提出了一种基于钢管旋转的漏磁检测方法,实现钢管中横向伤的检测,分析了基于该方法的检测系统设计方法,包括磁化器、脱套式探靴结构、探靴扫描轨迹和数控径向同步进给式横向探靴系统等.现场应用表明,相比现有的钢管直线前进瓦状探靴抱合式检测装置,该检测方法和探伤系统具有配置简单、成本低廉、更换规格时间短和适应高速探伤要求等特点.
