功率型LED车灯散热装置建模设计及热耦合分析

             

摘要

设计了LED车灯的散热装置三维模型,并以此模型用ANSYS软件进行了LED车灯在无任何散热装置、风扇散热、翅片散热器和翅片散热器加风扇4种情况下的热耦合分析,结果表明,功率型LED车灯在翅片散热器加风扇的方式下,LED车灯的热耦合满足使用要求.由此可以有效进行功率型LED车灯的散热装置设计并做LED车灯热耦合分析,为低成本高质量设计和制造LED车灯提供一种思路.%This paper designs the three dimension model of LED lamp heat - dissipation device, and analyses the thermal coupling of power LED lamp using ANSYS software in four conditions such as non - heat - dissipation device,cooling fan, fin radiator, device of fin radiator and cooling fan, the result indicates the thermal coupling of power LED lamp satisfies industry target in the device of fin radiator and cooling fan. The paper present the method can design sufficiently the power LED lamp heat - dissipation device,and can do analysis of the thermal coupling of power LED lamp, furthermore, can provide an idea to design and manufacture the power LED lamp in lower cost and high quality.
