装载机发动机与液力变矩器匹配优化

摘要

Analyzed the three matching scheme of engine and torque of wheel loader,choosed the appropriate matching scheme.Based on the rele vant characteristic curve,the starting performance,power efficiency and fuel economy are taken as the optimization targets when both of the two are working,multi-objective optimization mathemati cal model of the matching between engine and torque converter is established.Torque converter loop diameter optimal parameter is deduced through the Matlab.Finally,a numerical example is given and the optimization results are analyzed.%对装载机发动机与液力变矩器的3种匹配方案进行了分析,选择了合适的匹配方案.并在发动机与液力变矩器有关特性曲线的基础上,以二者共同工作的启动性能、功率利用率和燃油经济性为目标,建立了发动机与液力变矩器匹配的多目标优化数学模型,通过Matlab求解得出变矩器有效循环圆直径的优化参数.最后给出了具体算例并分析了优化结果.
