一种虚拟产品维修性综合评价方法

摘要

针对产品在工程研制阶段的维修性评价问题,构建了虚拟产品维修性评价体系,确定了虚拟产品维修性影响因素集.以虚拟维修、MOD法、RULA评价和维修性核对表等方法为基础,给出了虚拟产品系统及单因素量化方法,结合模糊评价理论,提出了一种虚拟产品维修性综合评价方法.最后,将该方法应用于某型雷达发射机结构系统的维修性评价,验证了其方法的有效性.%To solve the problem of product ma intainability evaluation in development phase,the system of virtual product maintainability evaluation was built,and the sets of virtual product maintain ability effect factors were confirmed.A quantiza tion method of virtual product system and single factors was proposed with foundation of virtual maintainability,MOD,RULA evaluation and check list of maintainability.The synthetic evaluation method of virtual product maintainability was giv en by fuzzy evaluation theory.Finally,this method was applied in maintainability evaluation of a radar transmitter structure system,and the validity of the method was proved.
