In the light of the nonlinear distribution of optimal designed attack angle and lift coefficient along blade axis of megawatt wind turbine blade,conventional Willson algorithm is amended.Aerodynamic shape of blade is optimization design by amended algorithm.Based on geometric parameters of blades,the article using point coordinate transformation theory to calculate the actual coordinates of the blade airfoil cross-sections,and then establishing the three-dimensional model of blade by using CATIA modeling software.%针对兆瓦级大型风力发电机叶片最佳设计攻角和升力系数沿叶片展向呈非线性分布的情况,对传统Willson设计方法进行修正,优化设计叶片的气动外形.并结合优化得出的叶片几何外形参数,运用点的坐标转换理论来计算叶片各截面翼型的空间实际坐标.利用CATIA软件完成叶片的三维建模.
