基于ZigBee和RFID技术的生产能耗采集

             

摘要

As the electric energy consumes much in the industrial manufacturing field,this paper puts forward a kind of energy saving strategy which focus on the collection of energy consumption through the RFID technology and the ZigBee wireless network. All the information will be trans-fered to the terminal device. Terminal evaluation system gives optimization strategy to improve the technological process. The paper emphasizes on the hardware design and the program flow chart of collecting and transmission on energy consumption. The actual test result shows that the network transmission mode can accurately transfer consumption value to terminal device. With the feature of simple structure and strong portability, thisrnsyetem will be widely used in many other areas.%针对工业领域制造生产过程中所消耗的电力能源,提出了一种通过RFID技术采集生产加工过程的能耗信息,并通过ZigBee无线网络传输到控制终端,终端评估系统根据相应的优化策略给出优化方案的解决思路,来实现对工业能源的有效监测,并着重讲述了能耗采集传输系统中的硬件电路设计和程序流程.实际测试结果表明,这种网络传输方式能够准确地将能耗值传递到终端能耗评估系统,同时网络结构简单,组网容易,移植性强,具备较强的应用前景.
