分析了直线超声电机较电磁电机的优势,设计了一款V型直线超声电机,利用ANSYS Work‐bench选取合适的电机工作模态,并对电机小型化、电机工作原理、电机平稳装配、稳定输出以及天窗设计等方面进行研究。加工电机,并用多普勒激光测振仪、测力仪等设备对之进行测试,数据表明电机运行平稳。%The paper analyzes the advantages of linear ultrasonic motors and designs a V type linear ul‐trasonic motor with ANSYS Workbench used for selection of the appropriate motor operating mode .The paper involves research on motor miniaturization ,operating principles of the motor ,smooth assembly of motors ,stable output ,sunroof designing etc .A motor is fabricated and tested with various instruments such as the laser Doppler vibrometer ,dynamometer ,etc .The data show that the motor runs smoothly .
