发射装置高低温弹射试验平台悬挂桁架设计研究

摘要

The high and low temperature ej ection test platform is a universal platform for ej ection envi-ronment testing on the air-to-air missile launcher.The suspended truss is an important part of the plat-form and its performance directly affects the test results.This paper discusses the hardware composition, structure,design and calculation process,installation construction method etc.of the suspended truss,fo-cusing on the rigidity check for the suspension truss.The result meets the requirements of the design and provide a reference for design of other similar suspended trusses.%发射装置高低温弹射试验平台,是空空导弹发射装置进行弹射环境试验的通用平台,悬挂桁架是平台的重要组成部分,其性能直接影响试验效果.论述了悬挂桁架的硬件组成、结构形式、设计计算过程以及安装施工方法等,重点对悬挂桁架进行了刚度校核,满足了设计要求,为其他类似悬挂桁架的设计提供了参考.
