面向用户的电力服务资源智能信息交互系统设计

         

摘要

Based on the construction of intelligent information interactive system framework for power service resources, a user-oriented system and method is proposed in this paper in line with the development demand of current intelligent power grid technology for power service resources interaction level.By integrating the core technology modules such as intelligent monitoring terminal, monitoring resources database, registered power resources database, user demands database, and power service resources interaction center, the requirement that power users can customize the power service resources according to their own needs was realized.In addition, the real-time interaction and efficient connection of the information between users and power grid system was completed, which could effectively enhance the information interactive level of users'' power consumption, improve the service quality of power supply system, and provide a certain reference value for achieving the smart power grid services.%针对当前智能电网技术对电力服务资源信息交互水平的发展需求,在构建电力服务资源智能信息交互系统框架的基础上,提出一种面向用户的电力服务资源智能信息交互系统及方法,通过将智能监测终端、监测资源库、注册电力资源库、用户需求库与电力服务资源交互中心等核心技术模块进行有效集成,实现电力用户能够根据自身需求对电力服务资源进行定制的要求,并完成用户与电网系统之间信息的实时交互与高效衔接,可有效提升用户的用电信息交互体验水平,进而提高电力系统的供电服务质量,为实现智能化电网服务提供一定的参考价值.
