一种新型瓦斯抽放钻孔设备的研究

摘要

This paper aims to study a new type of gas drainage drilling equipment, which is mainly composed of a power system, a drilling pressure supply system, walking system reconstruction, cutting system reconstruction, sludge discharge system reconstruction, MWD system, and ground control system.It introduces the basic working principle of process equipment, provides the main technical parameters of equipment that has changed the way of the traditional drilling rig to connect the single root.Therefore, this study is conducive to improving work efficiency and reducing the drilling cost, as well as providing some theoretical guidance.%研究一种新型瓦斯抽放钻孔设备,其主要由动力系统、钻压供给系统、行走系统重建、切割系统重建、排渣系统重建、随钻测量系统、地面控制系统等几部分组成,详细介绍了设备的基本工作原理过程,提供了设备的主要技术参数,其改变了传统钻机钻进时接单根的方式,研究该设备对提高工作效率,降低钻孔成本提供一定的理论指导.
