乘骑玩具刹车性能试验装置设计与应用

         

摘要

为了解决乘骑玩具刹车性能测试过程中的结果不准确、重复性差等问题,通过模拟儿童的骑乘行为和模拟道路行驶环境,采用平台式结构化的思路,设计了兼容各国测试标准,满足不同类型乘骑玩具测试要求的一体化试验装置.该装置选取P60氧化铝材料作为模拟路面大幅减少测试误差,斜面角度的精准调节和施力系统的运用大幅提高测试准确性,负载起吊装置的使用大幅减少劳动强度,提高测试效率.%In order to solve the problems of non-accurate results and poor reproducibility on ride-on toys braking performance test, based on platform-style structured ideas, an integrated testing device which can be compatible with testing standards of multi countries and meet the testing requirements for different ride-on toys was designed by simulating children's riding behavior in real road.In the experiment, the aluminum oxide P60 material was selected as the simulated pavement which significantly reduced the testing error, and the testing accuracy was substantially improved by precisely adjusting the slope angle and applying the force system.In addition, the load lifting device was used to reduce the labor intensity greatly and to improve the testing efficiency.
