基于变偏置电流方式的交叉反馈控制策略研究

         

摘要

建立磁悬浮飞轮电池试验台,通过理论分析和高速旋转试验,研究了交叉反馈控制策略对飞轮转子陀螺效应的抑制作用和对磁悬浮轴承转子系统动态性能的影响.在交叉反馈控制算法的基础上引入变偏置电流控制方式,根据系统在不同转速下的动态性能,调整磁悬浮轴承的偏置电流,使得磁悬浮轴承具有较低的涡流和磁滞损耗,同时系统也能够平稳越过临界转速.研究表明,采用基于变偏置电流方式的交叉反馈控制策略,能够保证飞轮电池系统具有较好的综合性能.%Through theoretical analysis and high-speed rotation test, a test rig of flywheel battery with active magnetic bearings was built to study the impact of cross-feedback control strategy on the rotor gyroscopic effect of flywheel rotor and the dynamic performance of rotor system.The variable bias current control method was introduced on the basis of the cross-feedback control algorithm.Based on the performance of the system on different speed range, the bias current was adjusted to reduce the eddy-current loss and magnetic hysteresis loss of magnetic bearings, and also to make the flywheel rotor be stable across the critical speed.The results show that cross feedback control based on the variable bias current control can improve the dynamic performance of the system.
