为了使机电设备能够在恶劣的工作环境下可靠运行,仅依靠车载状态监测系统难以达到目标,因此有必要构建合理有效的状态监测与健康管理系统,对机电设备进行故障预测、诊断与健康管理.以嵌入式技术和虚拟仪器技术为基础,研制了机电设备电控与液压系统的状态监测平台.该平台硬件采用开放式、模块化架构,模块间通过数据总线实现信息交互.平台软件基于虚拟仪器技术开发,包括状态监测、故障检测、历史数据、专家诊断、健康管理及数据库等功能模块.%In order to guarantee the reliable operation of mechatronic equipment on harsh working conditions, it is necessary to develop an effective state monitoring and health management system to implement fault prediction, diagnosis, management and maintenance so as to overcome the deficiency of the built-in system.In this research, the monitoring and management platform was developed based on embedded technique and virtual instrumentation.The platform firmware takes the open and modular structure enabling the bus-based inter-module information exchange while the software consists of the modules of state monitoring, fault testing, history data, expert diagnosis, health management and database.
