风电机组传动链频率在线识别方法研究

         

摘要

Transmission chain vibration is one of the main vibration modes of the wind turbines.In this paper,the transmission chain model of wind turbines was analyzed theoretically,the results of which were far from the measured data.Therefore,an online frequency identification method of transmission chain was put forward to accurately analyze the transmission chain frequency of each unit,and to enhance the adaptability of the program to the unit.The field test showed that the transmission chain frequency was constantly changing during the operation of the unit.It proved that,with the proposed method,the transmission chain frequency could be better identified and the frequency of the transmission chain could be modified in real time.%传动链振动是风电机组的主要振动形式之一,对风电机组的传动链模型进行了理论分析,传动链频率理论分析的结果和实测数据差距较大,为了准确分析每台机组的传动链频率;提出了传动链频率的在线识别方法,增强程序对机组的适应性.通过现场测试,发现传动链频率在机组运行过程中是不断变化的,通过传动链频率在线识别的方法,可以更好的识别机组的传动链频率,对传动链频率的变化进行实时的修正.
