机架式服务器下沉量在线测试装置设计

摘要

针对当前服务器下沉量测试方法缺陷，提出一种机架式服务器下沉量在线测试装置的设计，此装置通过接触式滚珠测距仪(位移传感器)沿着横向(左右)纵向(前后)导轨的移动测量，可采集到放置于机柜的机架式服务器下沉量及上翘量等数据。本测试装置通过螺丝连接的方式固定于机柜 U 标立柱，位于机架式服务器下方一定距离处，接触式滚珠测距仪的横向纵向移动通过滑块与导轨之间的齿轮齿条结构配合实现。根据需求设置测距仪横向纵向移动的步数及距离，可测得不同精度的数据结果。%In order to overcome the defect of the existing server sag measurement method,the design of an online test device for sag measurement of rack mount server was proposed in this paper.The device,through contact ball distance measuring device (displacement sensor),moved along the left right and front back rails to collect the sag value of rack mount server and the amount of upturned data.The test device was fixed by screw connection to the U column of the cabinet,and was located at a certain distance below the rack mount server.The transverse longitudinal movement of the contact ball distance measuring device was realized by the rack and pinion structure between the sli-der and the guide rail.The steps and distances of the horizontal and vertical movement of distance measuring device could be set according to the demands,and thus the data could be obtained with different precisions.
