新型磁流变阻尼器抗冲击载荷性能分析

             

摘要

针对工程领域中高冲击载荷作用下的磁流变阻尼器存在流体通道拥堵,轴向磁场单一等问题,设计了新型的磁流变阻尼器.相比以前阻尼器,新阻尼器整体结构缩小,各级线圈匝数减少且独立连接.完成了磁流变阻尼器电磁模型的计算与PID控制算法的仿真分析,并根据仿真结果对新旧阻尼器进行了比较.结果表明,新设计的磁流变阻尼器较之前的阻尼器,能够产生轴向随时间变化的磁场,缓解了因磁场增强导致的流体通道拥堵的现象,在相同的冲击载荷作用下,实现了位移与能耗的同时下降.%According to the fluid channel congestion and single axial magnetic field problems existing on the MR damper worked under the high impact load,a new MR damper is designed,Compared with the previous damper, the new damper structure is reduced,and every stage coil is connected independently and the number of turns is less.The calculation of MR damper's electromagnetic model and the simulation analysis based on the PID control algorithm are finished.The new and old dampers are compared according to the simulation results.The results show that the newly designed MR damper can generate an axial time varying magnetic field,alleviating the channel congestion phenomenon caused by the increase of the magnetic field.Working on the same impact load,it can reduce the displacement and the energy consumption simultaneously compared with the prior damper.
