Casing concentricity has a direct impact on the rub and airflow leak between rotor blades and the casing,it seriously affects the efficiency and reliability of the engine.It is the engine efficiency and stability key that good concentricity for rotor and stator and the rotor blade tip clearance distribution rationality.This paper established a three dimensional finite element model of a compressor stator casing.The influences of numbers,positions,sizes and preloads of the bolts on the casing concentricity were studied using finite element simulation.The histograms of probability function were obtained using neural network and Monte Carlo methods.This paper provide a reliable basis for aviation engine stator casing design.%航空发动机静子机匣的同心度与转静予碰磨及气流泄漏直接相关,严重影响发动机工作效率及可靠性.良好的转静予同心度和转子叶片叶尖间隙分布的合理性是发动机高效、稳定工作的关键.建立了压气机静子机匣有限元三维模型,通过有限元计算来模拟螺栓的数量、位置和预紧力大小对机匣同心度的影响,并基于神经网络和Monte Carlo方法得到了多个螺拴位置和预紧力变化对于同心度影响的直方图.的研究为航空发动机静子机匣及其叶尖间隙设计提供了参考.
