基于Matlab的混凝土输送泵闭式泵送系统建模与仿真

     

摘要

By means of power linkage chart method, the model of closed loop deliver system of concrete pump was set up. Simulation was carried out in the Matlab. The results show that: the hydraulic shock in the closed loop do not occur when the swash plate commutates and it actually happens when the concrete; pushed forward after compression. The main piston pump commutation is soft. This shock can be eliminated effectively by means of SN control.%采用功率键合图法建立了混凝土输送泵闭式泵送系统仿真模型,并在Madab中进行了仿真.仿真结果表明:闭式泵送系统压力冲击并不是发生在油泵快速换向时刻,而是发生在压实混凝土后推进的时刻.因此,油泵换向是"柔和"的,采用"SN"阀控制可有效消除压力冲击.
