直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统及其发展现状

         

摘要

Conventional hydraulic machine has some disadvantages such as low energy efficiency, complex systems and poor reliability and etc. In order to solve the problems above, variable displacement hydraulic system and pump speed control hydraulic system (direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo system (DDVC)) were invented successively. The composition, principle,characteristics, dynamic performances and control strategies of DDVC were introduced. The status quo of research and application of DDVC at home and abroad were summed up, and the development trend of the system was discussed.%常规液压机存在能源利用率不高、系统复杂、可靠性差等问题.为了解决上述问题,先后出现了泵排量控制系统和泵转速控制系统(直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统).介绍直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统的组成、原理、特点、动态性能和控制方法,对直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统国内外研究和应用现状进行综述,并讨论这种系统的发展趋势.
