The influences of simple PID control and PID neural network control on dynamic characteristics of piezoelectric pneumatic servo valve were analyzed. Then stability, fast response ability, signal tracking capability of piezoelectric pneumatic servo valve under the two control ways were compared. By comparing the simulation results, it is shown that PID neural network control system has better stability, fast response and signal tracking capability than the simple PID control system.%通过分析比较单纯PID控制和PID神经元网络控制对压电式气动伺服阀动态特性的影响,比较两种控制模式下压电式气动伺服阀的稳定性、快速响应性、信号跟踪能力,可知:与单纯PID控制相比,采用PID神经元网络控制,系统具有更好的稳定性、快速响应性和信号跟踪能力.
