比例溢流阀特性测试与分析系统的设计

         

摘要

With economy and practicality as starting point, the hydraulic test-bed for proportional relief valve characteristics and automatic test and analysis system based on virtual instrument and Matlab software were developed. A new modular design was applied to test method for proportional relief valve characteristics, and the real-time data acquisition for multi-path pressure signals of hydraulic system and automatic measurement & control for steady state and dynamic state of DBE series proportional relief valve were realized. Collected data were used to conduct analyses such as time domain, frequency domain, visualization and so on. Rather valuable test data and characteristic conclusion were obtained. Experimental results show that this system has reasonable design and stable performance, enhancing the test precision, improving the test method, enriching the analysis means. It has good cost performance and research practicability.%以经济实用为出发点,开发了比例溢流阀特性液压试验台和基于虚拟仪器及Matlab软件的自动测试与分析系统.对比例溢流阀特性测试方法进行新的模块化设计,实现了对DBE系列比例溢流阀的稳态和动态的自动测控及液压系统多路压力信号的实时采集,并对采集的数据进行时域、频域及可视化分析,得到了较有参考价值的试验数据和特性结论.实验结果表明:该系统设计合理、性能稳定,提高了测试精度、改进了测试方法、丰富了分析手段,具有较好的性价比和实用性.
