基于小波理论和混沌理论的轴承故障信号判别

     

摘要

分析了小波包理论和混沌理论的基本理论知识,给出了将小波包降噪和Duffing方程相结合来判断轴承故障信号的新方法。通过对仿真信号进行大量模拟,得出该方法具有很好的应用效果。最后将该方法应用到轴承外圈故障信号检测中,能准确地检测出轴承的故障所在,验证了该方法的可行性。%Based on the knowledge of wavelet packet and chaos theory,a new approach is pro-posed to determine the bearing fault signal.Through a large number of numerical simulation tests,it has been shown that the proposed method is very good for the real industrial applica-tions.An example of the detection of bearing outer ring fault signal was conducted in this paper , and the results have shown that this method is capable to detect the fault of bearing.Therefore, it has been confirmed that the proposed method is an accurate and effective way to detect the bearing fault signal.
