自动扶梯状态监测和报警装置的开发与设计

摘要

设计了一种含独立电流检测和开关量检测的自动扶梯状态检测和报警装置。该装置通过分析采集的信号可以判读出扶梯的典型故障。介绍了该装置的原理、组成及其实验效果情况。%This paper discusses an relative advanced remote monitoring and alarm device that the major feature lies in the signal utilized by monitoring device composed of the current sent to the frequency converter,and on-off switch signals come from contacts of escalator electrical system as wel as speed signal from independent counting sensors,the state of escalator can be detec-ted by analyzing the col ected signals,alarm signal can be sent automatical y once malfunction happens in the monitoring escalator.This paper introduces the configuration and working princi-ple of the developed device,experiment results also are shown to validate the function of the de-vice.
