研究截止阀启闭过程中的阻力特性,建立阀门的相对开度与压力损失之间的数学模型,并借助计算流体动力学软件fluent,应用动网格技术对阀门的内部流场进行动态数值模拟.结果表明:理论值与模拟值之间的相对误差满足精度要求,证明此数学模型在工程实用中的可行性,同时为截止阀及其他阀门的结构设计及优化提供理论参考.%The resistance characteristic of the globe valve in the process of opening and closing was studied. A mathematical model between the relative opening degree of the globe valve and the pressure loss was constructed. The dynamic grid technology of FLUENT was used to simulate the internal flow field of the valve. The results show that the relative error between theoretical calculation and numerical simulation satisfies the accuracy requirement, and the feasibility of the mathematical model in the engineering practice is proved. It provides theoretical references for the structure design and optimization of globe valve or other valves.
