串联式超高压溢流阀设计与仿真研究

     

摘要

A tandem type ultra high pressure relief value was presented. The relief value could be used in hydraulic system with high pressure and small stream. It is characterized as simple structure, low noise, long life. Its mathematic model was built based on classical control theory. Then it was simulated by MATLAB/Simulink. The results are helpful for the optimization design of tandem type ultra high pressure relief valve.%提出一种串联式超高压溢流阀,适合应用在压力高、流量小的液压系统中,具有结构简单、噪声低、寿命长等优点.根据经典控制理论建立超高压溢流阀的动态特性方程,并应用MATLAB/Simulink软件对其进行动态特性仿真.仿真结果对串联式超高压溢流阀的优化设计有一定的指导意义.
