基于SimulationX的双动挤压机内置穿孔装置液压支撑系统仿真研究

         

摘要

The performance characteristics of the hydraulic supporting system of the inside piercing device directly determine the work status of double⁃action extrusion press, implementation of extrusion process and the quality of products. The simulation model of hydraulic supporting systems of the inside piercing device was built by the use of simulation software SimulationX, and the simulation parameters were set according to the actual working condition of the hydraulic system. The three main working processes such as fast i⁃dle forward of main plunger piston, idle forward of piercer and extrusion process with the fixed piercing mandrel were simulated. The velocity, displacement and flow characteristics curve in the three main working processes were analyzed during the working process of the system. The simulation results indicate that the overall performance of the hydraulic supporting system of the inside piercing device is stable, runs well and meets the system performance requirements.%内置穿孔装置液压支撑系统工作特性直接决定双动挤压机工作状态、挤压过程实现和产品质量。利用仿真软件SimulationX建立了内置穿孔装置液压支撑系统的仿真模型,根据液压系统的实际工作情况设置仿真参数。对液压支撑系统的主柱塞快速空程前进,穿孔针空程前进以及固定针挤压这3个主要工作过程进行仿真模拟,分析了内置穿孔装置液压支撑系统在工作过程中这3个阶段的速度、位移、流量等特征曲线。研究结果表明:内置穿孔装置液压支撑系统整体性能稳定,运行良好,满足系统工作性能要求。
