基于粒子群算法的新型机械臂圆弧导轨优化设计

     

摘要

针对传统的机械产品设计过程周期长、 效率低,很难在短时间内得到最优解的缺点,将粒子群优化算法引入一种用于康复机器人的新型机械臂圆弧导轨的优化设计中.通过机械臂的使用目的搭建机械模型,确定导轨设计中的重要参数作为设计变量,同时利用强度校核确定设计变量的边界条件,根据设计目的确立产品质量最小为优化设计的目标函数,利用粒子群算法快速、 准确地获得合理的结构参数.实现了对新型机械臂圆弧导轨最优解的优选.%Aim at the problem that traditional mechanical product design has a shortcoming for its long term of researching , and for its low effect, which made it hard to get to the optimal solution , Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is proposed in optimal design of a new-style circle guide rail which used in a rehabilitation robot 's mechanical arm .The mechanical model was built based on purpose of the mechanical arm , and the important parameters were determined as design variables .At the same time , the boundary conditions of the design variables were determined by the strength check , the objective function of the minimum quality was established according to the optimal design objective .Reasonable structure parameters were obtained fastly and accurately by using PSO .The preference of opti-mal solution of a new-style mechanical arm is realized .
