Construction and principle of pump control system were expounded,and a hydraulic system of traditional mixer was designed.The AMESim software was used to establish hydraulic model,then a fuzzy-PID control model was built by using Simulink,and they were co-simulated.The results show that adopting fuzzy-PID algorithm,ram piston pressure is effective controlled.%阐述了泵控系统的结构原理,对传统密炼机上顶栓液压系统进行了设计,应用AMESim建立泵控密炼机上顶栓系统的液压模型,并使用Simulink建立模糊PID控制模型,进行AMESim和Simulink联合仿真研究.结果表明:引入模糊PID算法后,所设计的泵控密炼机上顶栓系统超调量明显下降,响应时间显著加快,上顶栓压力得到了有效控制.
