金属外圆表面超声振动滚压加工技术的研究

摘要

通过对超声振动滚压加工机制的研究，分别设计了声振系统和刀具，并进行了滚压力、主轴转速、进给量、滚压次数等工艺参数对金属外圆表面滚压加工效果的研究，得到了最优加工工艺参数组合。%Based on the ultrasonic vibration rolling mechanism , the ultrasonic vibration system and rolling tools were designed . The influences of the rolling-force, spindle speed, feed rate, rolling times and other parameters on the finishing effects of the metal out-er cylindrical surface were investigated and the optimum parameter combination was gotten .
