旋转式井壁取芯器法兰的加工技巧

     

摘要

针对SQX-1旋转式井壁取芯器"法兰"零件通孔加工中同轴度误差超差的问题,进行原因分析并提出新的加工工艺.该工艺避免了划线误差和校线误差,实现了装夹位置下的旋转角度控制及零件中心坐标的修正,进一步保证了同轴度要求,缩短了零件周转工期和编程时间,显著提高了加工精度和加工效率.%Aiming at the problem of the alignment error too lager in hole machining for SQX-1 sidewall corer flange, the causes were analyzed and the new processing technology was put forward. In this process, the laying-out error and line correction error were avoided, the clamping position rotation angle control and parts center coordinates correction were implemented, to further ensure the alignment requirements, to shorten the time of parts turnover period and programming and to significantly improve the machining preci-sion and machining efficiency.
