静压造型机液压系统的设计

Static pressure molding line has a high degree of automation, high rate of finished product molding and high surface hardness, etc. Through analyzing the action characteristics of the static pressure molding line, hydraulic cartridge valve technology with high pressure, high flow was applied to develop the static pressure molding machine hydraulic drive system, to satisfy the require-ment of production and technology of static pressure molding line.%静压造型线具有自动化程度高、成品成型率高以及表面硬度高等优点.通过分析静压造型线的动作特点,应用高压大流量的液压插装阀技术,研制出应用于静压造型机的液压驱动系统,满足静压造型线的生产和技术要求.
