船舶海底门装置一体化作动系统的设计

摘要

The shipping sea-valve is used to connect the inner pipe system with the sea. This device is generated by the central-ized hydraulic station,whose pipe-line has long range,much more space and will transmit vibration noises.According to this,a kind of integration actuator system was designed,and the actuator system was testified by mathematic modeling and test-bed experiment.%某大型船舶海底门装置用于连接内部管路系统与外界水环境.装置采用独立的集中式液压油源,管系敷设复杂、占用较大空间且传递振动噪声.针对以上问题,设计一种一体化作动系统,用于代替集中式油源给海底门装置供油,并通过数学建模及台架试验对系统进行验证.
