直线电机进给系统伺服参数与控制参数设计

         

摘要

为了提高直线电机伺服系统的刚度特性和动态性能,减小直线电机的位置输出误差,实现对电机的高精度高速度的控制效果.对直线电机进给系统的控制响应特性进行了研究,建立了系统的传递函数模型,分析了伺服参数对于响应特性的影响,采用PID控制器对电机位置输出进行控制以减小电机位置输出误差,运用Matlab/Simulink进行系统建模和仿真分析,并通过遗传算法对PID 3个控制参数进行了整定,提高了系统的动态响应特性,取得了较好的控制效果.%In order to improve the stiffness characteristics and dynamic performance of the linear motor servo system, to reduce the tracking output error,the control effect of high precision and high speed of the motor is realized.The control response characteristics of linear motor feed system were studied. The transfer function model of the system was established,and the influence of the servo pa-rameters on the response characteristic was analyzed. The position output of the motor was controlled by the proportional integral deriv-ertive(PID)controller to reduce the output error of the motor position. The system modeling and simulation analysis were carried out by Matlab/Simulink,and the control parameters were selected by genetic algorithm,which improved dynamic response characteristics of the system,and has achieved good control effect.
