Object oriented to the electric power supply system of theflexible manufacturing systems(FMS), it introduces the intelligent safe examination, monitoring and maintenance, and designs the real-time monitoring system of the power supplying network and the fault diagnostic expert system of the equipment. The system can diagnose not only definite fault phenomena, but also some fuzzy and uncertain ones. With the help of hierarchy architecture model and the method of fault tree analysis it sets up the fault diagnostic knowledge base. The simulation shows this system is valid.%以先进制造系统(FMS)的供电系统为主要研究对象,对先进制造系统运行环境的智能安全检测监控与维护进行了探索研究;同时根据先进制造系统的基本特点,设计了先进制造系统供电网实时监控系统及电力设备的故障诊断专家系统;该系统不仅能够对确定的故障现象进行诊断,而且对模糊的、非确定的故障也能诊断;利用层次分类组织模型的思想,采用故障树分析的方法,建立了电力设备故障诊断知识库;通过计算机仿真验证了该系统的可用性。
