为克服以电机拖动方式实现自动取样的取样设备结构复杂,工作时易堵塞、难清理等问题,结合实际生产要求,利用电生磁原理,运用交流接触器、延时继电器等电器元件设计、组装出相应的电路控制机构,并用拉板、弹簧、存料桶等共同组装完成了一种电磁式自动取样机。实践证明,该设备具有制造容易、机构简单、易于清理、耗能较低等特点,能够满足生产要求,具有一定的推广价值。%Most traditional automatic sampler are driven by electrical machinery .Its complicated compositon and often being blocked by metal powder while working are big problems .Based on both the theory of magnetic field created by electricity and meeting of need of manufacturing engineering , the thesis gives general introduction on designing an automatic sampler used for taking metal materials .The automatic sampler are mainly made of plank , springs, metal material storaged tube and control circuit , which consists of AC contactor , time delay relay and other electrical apparatus elements .The practice shows that this automatic machine has such distinguishing features as simple composition , being produced and cleaned easily and low energy consumption , which not only meets the demand of production requirements but also has certain value of extending the machine ′s application .
