航天产品装配生产 MES 研究

摘要

Taking an aerospace enterprise assembly business as the object of the research , it establishes the sys-tem structure aiming at the current situation of management in the assembly shop and on the basis of the informa -tization requirements of the corporate assembly .It designs function modules which includs basic data management module , dispatches the management module , the implementation of the dispatching module and quality manage-ment module , defines the type of information in the assembly process , illustrates the information model with IDEF1X.Finally, develops the manufacturing execution system of aerospace product assembly .%以某航天企业装配生产为研究对象，针对装配车间的管理现状，在分析了该企业装配信息化业务功能需求的基础上，搭建了装配生产MES系统的体系架构，设计了基础数据管理、派工管理、派工执行和质量管理等功能模块。归纳了装配生产过程中信息的类型，并运用IDEF1 X建模方法给出了具体的信息模型。最后开发实现了航天产品装配生产MES系统原型。
