基于Teamcenter的动车组车体工艺设计研究及应用

摘要

Combined with the process design and implementation in Teamcenter platform,it introduces the integration platform for process design of software function and the key technology in the process of implementation based on CSR car body design,shows the implementation and application,proposes the requirement in the enterprise integration platform establishing process.This integration platform is base work for the PLM,integration the data from product design and process design,can improve the level of enterprise'S r&d management,shorten the development cycle,enhance enterprise competitiveness.%结合公司在Teamcenter设计、工艺一体化平台上工艺设计实施情况,以某一高速列车车体工艺设计为背景,对实施和应用细节进行了详细的分析和研究,阐述了一体化平台针对工艺设计的软件功能和实施过程中的关键技术,提出了在企业一体化平台实施时应该注意的问题.通过实施一体化平台,为后期完整的PLM实施打下坚实基础,实现了企业的设计、工艺信息的无缝集成,提高了企业的研发管理水平,缩短研发周期,增强企业竞争力.
