基于 ARM 的风力发电机齿轮箱润滑油实时监控系统

摘要

Nowadays there are very few systems that can monitor wind turbine gearbox oil .The reliability of the gearbox and faulty diagnosis capability are very poor in existing systems .A wind turbine gearbox oil real time monitoring system is designed .This system adopts modularization design , which includes signal sampling , ARM processing platform and remote communication .The system can collect , count and store the plant operation data for system analysis effectively .This solution can provide the data for the condition-based maintenance of gearbox .%针对风电场齿轮箱润滑油取样不便、离线样本不具典型性的特点，设计了一种风力发电机齿轮箱润滑油实时监控系统。系统采用模块化设计，包括信号采集、ARM处理平台和远程通讯等部分。重点阐述了监控系统的硬件电路设计。系统能够独立完成齿轮箱润滑油主要参数的采集、现场数据匹配、远程通讯及存储等工作。结果表明，该方案能够为实现齿轮箱的视情维护提供依据。
