基于 Pro／E 的滚子链链轮参数化设计

摘要

It introduces the parameter methods of roller chain sprocket based on Pro /ENGINEER.Through four basic parameters of the sprocket creation process , it builds the realion with the function of the program , realizes the design of the same type sprocket .Based on this man-machine interactive way , it can creat the new sprocket with the new parameters automatically and avoid a great deal of repeated design work .%介绍了在Pro/E中生成参数化滚子链轮零件的创建方法，通过某个给定4个基本参数链轮的创建过程，结合软件中的二次开发工具---“程序”和“关系”，实现了后续设计同类型链轮时，可通过人机交互方式给定新的链轮参数，由软件自动生成与新参数对应的链轮模型，从而避免了大量重复的设计工作。
