Based on the trend status of a mechanical cylinder lock technology , it designs ths mechanical self -locking threaded features cleverly for a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder .Aiming at the original design of a pair of hydraulic cylinders , it applies the self-locking screw vice and self -locking threaded , realizes accurate and reliable positioning cylinders with load .This design of the existing mechanical lock shows some advantages such as more concise structure , easily processing and manufacturing , low cost , high efficiency .This device can apply for a patented innovative design invention .%从液压缸定位的机械式锁紧发展趋势出发，基于液压缸锁紧技术的现状，将螺纹自锁的功能巧妙地设计到液压缸的活塞杆上，在原有液压缸上设计一对可以自锁的螺纹副，利用螺纹的自锁功能，实现液压缸带负荷的精确可靠定位。该设计在拥有现有的机械式锁紧优势的同时，结构更加简洁，几乎不改变原有液压缸的结构和体积，加工、制造、装配容易，成本低，效率更高，适合广泛推广。
