通过分析给出了液力偶合器叶轮载荷的数学模型,并利用该载荷模型对某型液力偶合器叶轮进行整体有限元强度分析,建立了该型号偶合器叶轮强度测试试验台,采用应变片对泵轮叶片指定位置强度进行测试。结果表明,利用理论分析建立的载荷模型对叶片进行有限元分析的结果与叶片实际测试结果较吻合,为该系列产品的设计与强度分析提供了依据。%Based on the analysis of impeller characteristic , it presents a mathematical model for the impeller load of fluid coupling , establishes a whole finite element model for the impeller of a fluid coupling strength analysis . It designs a test bench for strength of the model impeller , uses strain gauges to measure the certain place strength of the pump blade .The results indicate that calculation data agrees with experimental data .This provides a basis for the product series design and strength analysis .
