一种桥式起重机金属结构失效检测系统设计

摘要

通过分析桥式起重机金属结构失效形式和主要失效部位，设计了一种桥式起重机金属结构失效检测系统，该系统可在起重机工作状态下得到其金属结构的应变情况，为桥式起重机的维护和故障诊断提供依据。%Based on analysis of bridge crane metal structure failure form and the main failure part , it designs a kind of bridge crane metal structure failure detection system .Under the crane working state , the system can re-port the strain situation of the metal structure , provide the reference for the maintenance and fault diagnosis of bridge crane .
