It establishes the locking support 3D model based on Pro/E software, and analyzes the simulation re-sult with ANSYS Workbench software .Based on the simulation result , it proposes the optimization structure and reduces the material .The engineering applications show that the strength , stiffness and weight of the support shell meets the demands , shortens the development cycle , and reduces the manufacturing costs .%首先使用Pro/E 软件建立了锁紧支架的三维模型,然后应用集成于Pro/E 内的 ANSYS Workbench软件对锁紧支架进行有限元分析,并根据分析结果对结构进行改进和优化,对材料进行重新选定,以达到设计要求。最后用实例证明,锁紧支架的强度、刚度和质量满足要求,既缩短了研发周期,又降低了制造成本。
