机械炉排垃圾焚烧炉新型进料装置的研究设计

摘要

According to the situation of living garbage in our country , combining with burden material require-ments, it designs a new type of feed device for the mechanical garbage incinerator .This device adds the material level detecting device, cooling water circulation device, temperature measuring device and spray fire protection device.The result shows that the device can ensure the continuous feeding smoothly, improve the life of feeding device, effectively prevent occurrence of garbage natural fire accident.%根据中国生活垃圾现状，结合炉料进料要求，对机械炉排焚烧炉新型进料装置进行设计，增加了料位检测装置、水冷循环装置、测温装置和喷淋防火装置，可保证供料持续顺畅，提高焚烧炉进料装置的寿命，有效预防垃圾自燃导致火灾事故的发生。
