混凝土搅拌运输车副车架结构模态分析

摘要

The structure mode of frame is the main factor influence of the dynamic characteristics for the vehicle structure .The mode of the frame structure can be easily obtained by the modal FEA .The article analyzes the modal FEA for the sub-frame of a front discharge mixer truck in HyperMesh software .In order to prove the va-lidity of the finite element modal , it establishes the modal analysis testing system .The maximum relatively error between simulation results and the results obtained from experimental modal analysis is 8 .66%.The analysis re-sultl can be used for improvement and development of the sub -frame in the future .%车架结构模态是影响车辆结构动态特性的主要因素，采用有限元方法是获得车架结构模态的简便有效的方法。应用HyperMesh有限元分析软件计算某后卸料混凝土搅拌运输车副车架结构模态，同时进行车架结构模态实验，验证有限元模态计算结果的正确性。结果表明，有限元模态计算得到的副车架前8阶模态频率与实验测得的副车架前8阶模态频率最大相对误差为8．66％，所建立的后卸料混凝土搅拌运输车副车架结构有限元模型，可为今后副车架结构动态特性的改进提供有效的分析模型。
