介绍了齿轮精锻成形数值模拟中的有限元方法，阐述了有限元数值模拟技术在齿轮精锻成形中的齿轮变形规律、工艺及其模具设计、质量和精度控制3方面的应用现状，并对有限元数值模拟技术在齿轮精锻成形中的应用前景进行了展望。%It introduces the finite element methods for the numerical simulation of gear precision forging, ex-pounds the application status of finite element numerical simulation technology in gear precision forging, shows the detail about gear deformation law, process and mold design, quality and precision control.Finally, it fore-casts the prospect of finite element numerical simulation in gear precision forging.
