面向提高企业青年科技人员创造力的在校大学生创新思维及能力的培养

摘要

青年科技人员是企业可持续发展的重要保障,青年科技人员的创造力是企业创新的源泉.因此青年科技人员在大学时代创新意识、创新精神及其创造力的培养具有重要意义.阐述了企业青年科技人员创造力培养的重要性,并就高校如何培养学生(未来的青年科技人员)的创新思维、创新精神及创造力提出建议,以便为企业输送更多、更好的青年科技人员,更好地服务于企业.%Youth sci-tech personnel are an important guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises,and the creativity of the young sci-tech personnel is the source of product innovation.Therefore,it is of great significance to cultivate the innovation consciousness,the innovative spirit and the creativity of the young sci-tech personnel during the college days.This paper expounds the importance of the cultivation of creativity for young sci-tech personnel,and gives some suggestions on how to cultivate innovative thinking,innovative spirit and creativity for the young personnel during school days,which will better make for more youth sci-tech personnel to better serve enterprises.
